Roles & Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Brand Lead to own and drive the entire brand charter for Noise, shaping its positioning, narrative, and long-term strategy while ensuring consistency across all consumer touchpoints. The role requires a strategic yet execution-focused person who can collaborate cross-functionally, lead integrated campaigns, manage agencies, and build a differentiated, consumer-centric brand backed by strong data insights.
Your Will Be's:
Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Own and evolve Noise’s brand identity, tone of voice, and narrative across platforms
- Define long-term brand vision aligned with business goals and product roadmap
- Ensure consistency of brand communication across digital, offline, and retail channels
Social Media & Content Leadership
- Lead overall social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, emerging platforms)
- Drive content strategy, including campaigns, always-on content, product storytelling, and cultural moments
- Build scalable content frameworks that balance performance with brand storytelling
- Oversee in-house teams and agency partners for content creation and execution
PR, Influencers & Brand Partnerships
- Own PR strategy, including media relations, brand narratives, launches, and reputation management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media, creators, and cultural stakeholders
- Drive influencer strategy aligned with brand positioning and GTM priorities
- Lead collaborations and partnerships that elevate brand credibility and reach
GTM & Launch Excellence
- Lead brand-led GTM strategy for new product launches and categories
- Partner with Product, Growth, and Performance teams to create integrated launch plans
- Ensure impactful storytelling across digital, retail, PR, and influencer touchpoints
- Track and optimize brand and launch performance metrics
The ideal Noisemaker
- 8-12 years of proven experience with post-graduate, managing all aspects of marketing.
- Experience working with large budgets and finding the most effective and efficient ways to reach customers.
- Strong understanding of Indian consumer culture, digital ecosystems, and creator economy
- Track record of building distinctive brands and executing high-impact launches
- Excellent storytelling, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing large teams and agencies
- Data-driven mindset with a strong creative instinct
