We are seeking a Performance Marketer who will drive customer acquisition and revenue growth by optimizing paid advertising campaigns across digital channels,ensuring a strong return on investment (ROI) while managing customer acquisition costs (CAC).
Manage, optimize, and scale Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping), Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Tiktok and Reddit campaigns to drive high-quality traffic and conversions.
Develop and implement effective organic SEO strategies to improve website rankings, organic traffic, and overall digital visibility.
Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and implement optimizations for better results.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Conduct A/B testing and audience segmentation to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including CPA, ROAS, and CTR.
Stay updated on the latest trends and updates in performance marketing to ensure we’re always ahead of the curve.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple teams.
Define content strategy for ads.
Monitor the entire website funnel.
Monitor and improve organic ranking and domain authority of the platform.
Requirements:
5+ years of combined experience in a similar role
Experience working in US/Europe D2C is preferred.
Understanding of healthcare / electronic sales would be helpful.
Demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced, growth environment
Strong verbal and written communication
