Key Responsibilities:
● Define and drive the 12–24 month vision and product roadmap for NoiseFit application across fitness, health, social, and commerce verticals.
●Integrate ML/AI-powered personalization across wellness tracking, recommendations, and community engagement.
●Champion a test-learn-iterate culture through experimentation, funnel analysis, and advanced analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Clevertap, etc.).
●Manage a growing team of PMs while collaborating closely with NPD-devices, engineering, marketing and QA teams.
● Define sprint rituals, product processes, and collaboration models across pods.
●Lead monetization efforts via premium subscriptions, content, integrations, or value added services.
● Ensure deep alignment with brand goals and user behavior.
● Lead growth initiatives and spearhead ecosystem partnerships.
● Build powerful retention loops via gamification, habit formation, personalized nudges, and smart goals.
The Ideal Noisemaker
● 10+ years in product management with at least 2+ years in leadership roles.
● Proven track record of scaling B2C platforms to multi-million user bases with strong monetization & retention metrics.
● Experience building and leading cross-functional product teams (10+ members).
● Hands-on with product strategy, user research, experimentation, analytics, and roadmap execution.
● Background in consumer-tech categories like fitness, gaming, media, social, wellness, or edtech.
●Good to have but not mandatory: Experience with wearable integrations, BLE data, or iOT platforms.
● Exposure to international product scaling.
● Technical familiarity with modern PM stacks: SQL, Jira, Figma, Asana, analytics platforms.
