About the role:
As a Manager in Strategy & Partnerships, you will be at the forefront of building and scaling high-impact relationships with large enterprises, channel partners, and strategic alliances Globally . You will own the end-to-end partnership lifecycle - from identifying and qualifying opportunities to negotiating, onboarding, and growing accounts that drive meaningful business outcomes.
What you'll own:
- A clear annual revenue target across enterprise accounts, with quarterly milestones
- Building your own pipeline across target sectors and industries
- Outreach, discovery, demo, commercial negotiation, and contract closure
- Account expansion and renewals
- Priority markets including US, UK, UAE, EU and APAC geographies
- Working with product, marketing, and the founders to shape pitch materials, pricing, and the enterprise roadmap
What we're looking for:
- 4 to 5 years of experience, with at least part of it in a startup, ideally in founder's office or working very closely with founders
- International exposure through study or work. You're comfortable selling across time zones, cultures, and procurement systems
- Tier 1 undergrad. Consulting backgrounds (MBB) also work well if paired with operating experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication.
- A real sales mindset.
- Genuine interest in health, fitness, and human performance. You don't need to be an athlete, but you should care about this category
- Fluency with technology and wearables.
