Your will be's:
Monthly book closure of Non trade expense
Vendors Invoice Checking & booking as per three way match.
Preparation Vendor and Employee Bank Payment
Preparation debit note and Credit note
Checking of the expense bills / reimbursements.
Reconciliation with Creditors and Employees on a monthly basis.
Good knowledge expenses reporting and analysis
Preparation of Fixed Assets register and computation of monthly depreciation
Preparation of Prepaid Schedule Monthly.
Checking Credit Card expenses.
Knowledge of Payroll accounting.
The Ideal Noisemaker:
A graduate with at least 3-5 years of experience of Finance & Accounts
The candidate should be good in MS Excel
The candidate should be having good communication skills.
Should be flexible in approach and adaptive in nature to work in various areas in accounts & finance
