Your will be’s:
● Develop and design packaging concepts that align with the brand identity and target audience
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product management, and
engineering to gather requirements and understand product details
● Create visually appealing packaging designs, considering factors such as aesthetics, functionality,
and production feasibility
● Ensure that all packaging designs comply with industry standards and regulations
● Conduct in-depth research on market trends and competitors to develop innovative and unique
packaging ideas
● Work closely with external vendors and suppliers to ensure accurate execution and timely
delivery of packaging materials
● Collaborate with the graphic design team to integrate packaging designs with graphics, logos,
and other brand elements
The Ideal “Noisemaker“ :
● Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a related field
● Proven experience as a Packaging Designer in the consumer electronics industry
● Have 3+ years of working experience
● Proficient in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
● Strong understanding of packaging materials, manufacturing processes, and print production
● Excellent knowledge of design principles, typography, and color theory
● Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
● Strong communication and presentation skills, with an ability to effectively convey design
concepts and ideas to stakeholders
● Portfolio showcasing a range of packaging design projects, demonstrating creativity and
attention to detail
● E-commerce experience is a plus
● Have strong cultural knowledge (pop culture) and should be aware of day to day industry trends
● Start-up/early-stage experience and demonstrate the ability to work in an entrepreneurial,
hands-on, and adaptive environment
