Role & Responsibilities
Lead high-impact, cross-functional strategic initiatives that shape the company’s long-term direction, business performance, and organizational priorities.
Drive end-to-end strategy development, including opportunity identification, problem structuring, analytical modelling, and executive decision-making frameworks.
Oversee and guide multiple special projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with business objectives, efficient governance, and timely execution across teams.
Serve as a senior thought partner to CXOs and business heads, influencing strategic choices with clear insights, business judgment, and data-backed recommendations.
Represent the organization externally in discussions with strategic partners, investors, and ecosystem stakeholders; drive collaborations that unlock transformative value.
Elevate internal strategic capabilities by mentoring team members, strengthening strategic processes, and institutionalizing analytical rigor and project management excellence.
Present to senior leadership and the Board through compelling narratives, deep insights, and well-structured business cases.
The Ideal Noisemaker
B.Tech/MBA from leading global or Indian universities.
8–10 years of progressive experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, high-growth digital/consumer-tech companies, or leading MNCs.
Demonstrated success in leading complex, ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives with high business impact.
Prior experience in FMCG, consumer electronics, wearables, or eCommerce is a strong plus.
Exposure to investor-facing or partnership roles is an advantage.
