Your will be’s
Developing a clear understanding of key business drivers for each line of business, analyzing key financial metrics, and providing decision-making support to Business & Finance teams.
Reviewing and streamlining all Business verticals from a Business Finance perspective which includes business-level margin analysis and budget modeling.
Partner with business teams, identify and track appropriate performance measures, key performance indicators and associated drivers.
Supporting Finance & Business Management in the simulation of revenue projections and corresponding expenses including working out margin protection/improvement plans.
Analyze financial data – and create financial models for decision support
Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools
Be the first point of contact for business in all financial queries, analysis, and data
Proactive in reviewing financial information, identifying inconsistencies, initiating action, and follow-up for logical closure.
Support finance and business leader in the simulation of projections and corresponding expenses working including improvement plans.
Analyze BU P&Ls by considering all Buying Cost/Manufacturing Costs/Inventory Carrying Cost/Bad Inventory/Dormancy Charge
Do product and channel mix analysis
Inventory analysis and management along with cash flow management
Cost analysis and working with businesses to explore cost reduction opportunities
Skills Required:
CA or MBA in Finance
4-5 years of experience with prior experience in Business Finance roles. Experience in e-commerce setup is an added advantage.
Strong skills in negotiating, relationship building & problem-solving.
Excellent written & oral communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Proactive takes initiative, self-motivated, team player
Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
