Role Overview

We’re looking for a highly driven Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR) to work directly with the Business Head on Luna’s next growth chapter. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, blends analytical and creative instincts, and wants to help build a global consumer brand from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:


1. Strategic Execution

  • Translate the Business Head’s vision into structured programs with clear OKRs, owners, and timelines.
  • Drive high-impact projects end-to-end  from problem definition and analysis to cross-functional execution.
2. Operating Cadence & Process Design

  • Build rhythm across the org - weekly business reviews, quarterly planning, and Business Head staff syncs.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks, implement systems, and track progress relentlessly.
  • Create processes around logistics timelines, improve efficiency across TAT, delivery timelines
3. Business Intelligence & Decision Support

  • Synthesize data and qualitative insights to inform Business Head-level decisions.
  • Own dashboards and business reviews, ensuring the Business Head always has a pulse on metrics that matter.
  • Work with finance, product, and growth teams to assess Business Head and business trade-offs.
4. Special Projects / Zero-to-One Initiatives

  • Incubate and lead experimental projects from new product verticals to strategic partnerships. (E.g - Creating a global creator network, to launching a new CX product)
  • Drive due diligence and analysis for new opportunities (markets, technologies, or collaborations)
  • Set up internal workflows or tools that improve Luna’s operating efficiency.
What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience at a Tier 1 consulting firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, etc.) or in a founder’s office / Chief of Staff capacity in a fast-scaling startup.
  • Tier 1 academic background- IIT, IIM, ISB, or equivalent global institutions.
  • Exceptionally structured thinker, can break down complexity into crisp, actionable next steps.
  • Obsessed with processes, detail, and velocity
  • You hate inefficiency and love building order in chaos.
  • Fluent in both data and narrative equally comfortable in spreadsheets and strategy decks.
  • Deep ownership mindset acts like a founder, not an employee.
  • Ability to context-switch rapidly across business, product, marketing, and people.
  • Humble, fast-learning, and quietly ambitious — aligned with Luna’s mission to redefine women’s health.
