About the Role:

You’ll work on one of India’s most exciting kids’ tech brands, shaping the future of how kids learn, play, and explore. This is the perfect role if you want deep exposure to brand building, not just theory, actual ownership.

Location: Onsite at our Noida office Mon–Fri; WFH on Saturdays. (Please apply only if you are comfortable with this arrangement, as no hybrid options are available.)

Your Will Be’s:

  • Conduct outbound and inbound conversations with parents to understand their experience with Noise kids’ smartwatches.
  • Ask structured and open-ended questions to gather qualitative and quantitative feedback.
  • Document insights accurately and prepare weekly feedback summaries for internal teams.
  • Identify recurring concerns, pain points, expectations, and suggestions shared by parents.
  • Coordinate with product, customer experience, and quality teams to share relevant insights.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism, empathy, and clarity in communication.
  • Ensure adherence to privacy and data-handling guidelines while interacting with customers.

The Ideal Noisemaker:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (both mandatory).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • High degree of patience, active listening, and professionalism when engaging with parents.
  • Ability to take clear notes and present insights in a structured manner.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office for documentation and reporting.
  • A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and an interest in consumer technology.
