About the Role
Noise Junior is building products designed specifically for kids and their families. We're looking for a Customer Experience Intern to support customer interactions, review management, and consumer insights.
This role is ideal for someone who is empathetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about understanding customer feedback and improving the overall brand experience.
What You'll Do
Customer Support
- Monitor and respond to customer queries across email, chat, social media, and marketplaces
- Escalate complex issues and follow up until resolution
- Maintain trackers for open and resolved customer tickets
Reviews & Feedback
- Monitor reviews across Amazon, Flipkart, and other platforms
- Respond to customer reviews in a timely and professional manner
- Identify recurring product or service issues and share insights with relevant teams
Consumer Insights
- Categorise customer feedback and identify common themes
- Prepare weekly summaries on customer sentiment and key concerns
- Support feedback sharing across product, marketing, and operations teams
CX Operations
- Help maintain response templates and CX processes
- Support quality checks and ensure communication consistency
- Track key CX metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any discipline
- Strong written communication skills in English and Hindi
- Empathetic, organised, and customer-focused
- Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
- Experience with customer support tools or e-commerce platforms is a plus
