The Founders Office - New Product Initiatives role acts as a strategic extension of the leadership team, driving the conception, execution, and scaling of 0-to-1 product lines. You will operate at the center of the organization, bridging the gap between high-level strategic vision and ground-level execution. This role involves working closely with the founders to identify market gaps, lead cross-functional pods, and manage critical stakeholder relationships to ensure new initiatives achieve product-market fit. You will be responsible for navigating ambiguity, setting operational guardrails, and ensuring that new product launches contribute directly to the companys long-term growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of new product initiatives, from initial market research and hypothesis testing to full-scale launch and iteration.
- Manage complex cross-functional programs by aligning engineering, design, and operations teams to meet aggressive launch timelines.
- Act as a primary liaison between the founders and internal departments to ensure strategic alignment and rapid decision-making on key business pivots.
- Analyze performance metrics and user feedback loops to refine product features and optimize operational workflows for new business units.
- Identify and mitigate operational bottlenecks by implementing scalable processes that allow new initiatives to transition from experimental phases to sustainable business models.
- Prepare high-impact presentations and data-backed reports for leadership reviews and investor updates to track the progress of new ventures.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects in a fast-paced startup environment, ensuring high-quality delivery under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate raw data into actionable product strategies and business insights.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams and managing expectations of senior leadership.

- Educational background from premier institutes (IIT/IIM/ISB/BITs) with a strong foundation in problem-solving and strategic thinking.
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of professional experience, ideally in management consulting, investment banking, or a high-growth product-led startup.
- Ability to thrive in an on-site work environment in Gurgaon, maintaining high levels of collaboration and hands-on engagement with the founding team.
