Your will be’s

  • Core KPI will be to drive distributor relationship 
  • End-to-end backend operations like scheme rollout; product launch alignment in offline domain. 
  • Manage to work with large databases and project management software
  • Interpret financial data and allocate budgets
  • Coordinate between the sales team and the backend operation team.
  • Evaluating and designing sales drives, promoters' incentive schemes, and communication strategies for promotions, festival sales, EOL/slow-moving and premium products, etc.
  • Agency coordination for promoter hiring, placement and incentives, and other operational parameters.
  • Prepare monthly operational and business analysis/report, tracking inventory through analysis to highlight variances and future impact.
  • Monitor performance indicators, analyze trends/variances, and identify issues and opportunities.

The Ideal Noisemaker

  • 4-5 years of experience in managing offline partner relationships and ops in the offline retail domain, preferably in the consumer electronics or FMCG industry
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Good command over MS Office
