GoNoise.com is looking for smart, young, energetic Customer Happiness Expert with good communication skills. We need someone who understands our customers the way we do. We are customer obsessed and believe customer service is one of the core factors which will determine our success.
Responsibilities and Duties:
We are looking for customer happiness executive who can:
1. Manage customer service operations and ensure customer satisfaction by achieving delivery and service quality norms.
2. Co-ordinate with our warehouse team in executing orders.
3. Troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth operation.
4. Respond to emails within designated SLAs.
5. Work with the warehouse and order processing team to clear occasional operational bottleneck.
6. Regular follow-ups regarding issues queries and operations with concerned person.
7. Handle all issues and queries of customers through mail, phone, letter interaction.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
1. 0-2 years of experience in Customer Service. (Preferably online)
2. Any Graduate or Post Graduate with Computer Knowledge is must.
3. Should have good communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Should be confident and quality focused
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
6. Must have strong conceptual knowledge
7. Must be customer centric.
8. Must have patient.
9. Mail Communication and Tele-Call Ration would be 70:30.
