Your Roles & Responsibilities - Your Will be's
- Complete P2P (Purchase to Pay) operation for CBU, SKD, Part Buying from Chinese ODM, Parts supplier for Smart Watches and other related commodities
- Process starts converting the purchase requestion (PR) to PO to all supplier as per AVL (Approved vendor list) and follow for execution from suppliers in China / other foreign countries
- Manage complete ODM order placements & P2P process
- Sharing rolling forecast for the supplier for better resource planning
- Type of purchase will be CBU (Complete build units), SKD (Semi knock down), Jig fixture, Capital equipment, Spare parts for refurb
- Resolve all day-to-day issues with ODM and ensure timely delivery as per agreed TAT
- Working on Packing yield improvement
- Attend Production meeting (PSI) for material supply related matter
- Based on the SKD kit reconciliation and help them to arrange the balance material to Maxime the SKD turnaround
- Major KRA – Timely delivery of all the imports parts/ Product as per agreed timelines, Supplier performance (Quality / Delivery), Optimising freight cost.

- Must have experience in electronics or manufacturing organizations
- Prior experience in working with China ODMs/OEMs is a must

- Data Driven and Conceptualization specialist
- BE with 2-7 years of experience in Purchase and supply chain and must have experience in dealing with Chinese suppliers
