If your training log means more to you than your Instagram feed, this one's for you. We're looking for a Smartwatch Testing & Benchmarking Intern who trains hard in the gym, tracks everything, and has strong opinions about whether their smartwatch actually gets their heart rate right during a heavy set. You'll work hands-on with our QA and Firmware teams, putting real smartwatch hardware through real workouts - running, cycling, strength training and helping us figure out where the tech gets it right and where it falls apart.
What You'll Do
• Run daily workout tests - running, cycling, strength training, to benchmark smartwatch accuracy against your actual training.
• Execute firmware test cases on pre-production devices; log observations and issues clearly.
• Record and organize test data in Excel / Google Sheets.
• Benchmark competitor smartwatches and summarize feature & accuracy differences.
• Raise bug tickets with screenshots, logs, and reproduction steps.
• Collaborate with QA, Firmware, and Product teams during validation cycles.
• Support user testing sessions and help collect structured feedback.
• Keep test devices and lab setup maintained and ready to go.
Who You Are
• Final year student or graduate — Engineering, CS, or any related field.
• You've been training consistently for 6+ months, no long breaks, no "getting back into it."
• Detail-oriented with decent Excel / Sheets skills.
• You do intensive, structured workouts (heavy strength training, HIIT, CrossFit, HYROX-style training) at least 4-5 days a week.
What You Get
• Hands-on exposure to pre-production hardware and firmware testing.
• Mentorship from QA and Product engineers.
• A strong portfolio entry in wearable tech QA
•Pre-placement offer opportunity based on performance.
