About the Role
Noise Junior is building products and experiences designed for kids and families. We're looking for a Brand & Collaborations Intern to work closely with the Brand Head, supporting partnerships, community-building initiatives, content creation, and brand activations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys storytelling, marketing, content, and building meaningful connections with consumers and partners.
What You'll Do
Partnerships & Activations
- Identify and evaluate collaboration opportunities with schools, events, hobby classes, sports leagues, and family-focused platforms
- Coordinate gifting, sampling, and brand visibility initiatives
- Manage partnership trackers, timelines, and deliverables
- Work with external partners and internal teams to execute activations
Parent Community Building
- Support the growth and engagement of the Noise Junior Parent Circle
- Onboard and engage parent advocates across online communities and social platforms
- Assist with product trials, feedback sessions, contests, and community initiatives
- Track community insights and user-generated content
Content & Copywriting
- Write blogs, articles, ad copy, social captions, product descriptions, emailers, and WhatsApp communications
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to develop campaign assets
- Maintain content calendars and support campaign execution
Social Media
- Assist in managing Noise Junior's social media presence
- Research trends, competitors, and content opportunities
- Create content briefs, mood boards, and creative references
- Track engagement metrics and support community management
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, English, Business, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in brand building, partnerships, content, and community marketing
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing fundamentals
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Prior experience in content creation, events, or community management is a plus
